Shipping, returns and repair policies
SHIPPING POLICIES
- Your Tiger will be shipped immediately after receiving confirmation of payment.
- Shipping will be done on business days. If the purchase is made on a Sunday or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery time depends on where it needs to be sent. (In major cities within Colombia, it can take approximately 2 business days, and for locations outside of Colombia, it usually takes about a week)
- Domestic orders are shipped via Coordinadora or FedEx and international orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Because our pieces are handmade and some of them by indigenous communities, it may occasionally happen that we need extra time for shipping. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately.
- Once the shipment has been made, we will send you the tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track it.
*All shipments are free. For shipments outside of Colombia, please note that we will assume the cost of shipping, but the customer must assume any taxes and extra charges required by the destination country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
To return or exchange any of our items, you must write to us in advance at casastigre@untigredesalon.com or at (+57) 312 8958873, telling us the reason for the exchange or return. Each case will be studied in detail by our team, who will tell you the steps to follow.
Returns: We only accept returns if upon receiving the product you find that it has a quality defect, some hardware is damaged, is unstitched at some point or is stained. If this is the case, TdS will assume the shipping and replacement costs of the product.
*If your product does not meet the conditions for accepting a return, we will inform you by email or cell phone of the reason why it does not apply.
Product exchange in store: If you wish to exchange the product because you did not like it (color, size, reference, etc.), this must be done within 30 days of purchase. The item must be new, unused, in its original packaging and retain the label and folding.
Remember, you should only send the product after reporting the case to our email or phone and you have received a response from our team.
Product exchange: If you are outside of Medellín, you must send it to our store in Medellín, Colombia, at the following address: Cra 44 No. 19A-100 – Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín, local Tigre de Salón. Please note that in this case you will have to assume the shipping costs, both for the return and for the shipping of the new product.
It is important that the packaging in which the Tiger to be exchanged is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it is not affected during the transportation process.
We will contact you when we have received the product and we will accompany you in the exchange process.
IMPORTANT:
- If you exchange the product for another of greater value, you will have to pay the excess.
- If you exchange the product for one of lesser value, you will be left with a voucher equal to the value of the balance in your favour for a future purchase. This voucher will be valid for 60 days to be redeemed.
- If the product you want to exchange is not available or is in another store, you will be left with a voucher for the total value of the product to be exchanged. We will contact you as soon as we have the product you want. Please note that this credit can only be used by the person who requested it and within a period of no more than 60 days.
REPAIR POLICY – LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our Tigers were specially designed and created to accompany you for a long time, which is why your piece has a lifetime guarantee and we promise to repair it at no cost if the damage is due to quality issues.
To carry out this repair effectively you must follow the following steps:
- Contact us at casastigre@untigredesalon.com or at (+57) 312 8958873 to tell us in detail what the problem is.
- Once we contact you and tell you, you must send the product to our store in Medellín, Colombia: Cra 44 N° 19A – 100 Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín . The cost of shipping to the store will be assumed by the customer.
- After receiving the part in our store in Medellin, it takes about 20 business days to repair your Tigre. (Remember that in our workshop everything is done one by one and by hand, therefore we require time and patience to properly finish your repair)
- When your repaired Tiger arrives back at our store, we will contact you to coordinate its collection or return shipment to the address you provide.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that the repair of the product is free of charge as long as it is a quality issue. If you want to make a special repair or if the repair depends on misuse, we will charge the price given by our leather workshop. If this is the case, we will notify you of the value before making the repair.
In case of repairs outside of Medellín, shipping to the store will be assumed by the customer and once it is repaired we will be responsible for shipping and assuming the cost to the address of origin.
By sending your Tigre for repair, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping, nor for any problems with the information you provide to return the product. We reserve the right to decide whether or not the bag can be repaired.
