Buruna

This backpack was designed together with the Iku, Wiwa and Kogui communities of weavers with whom we collaborate in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, with its use as a backpack in mind. Urumu Wunku is hand-woven in Scorpion Cotton, a native species of the Sierra used by the ancient Tayrona, with which they wove their traditional clothing, backpacks and performed spiritual rituals.

It includes hand-made details in ceramic fired at high temperatures, which gives it greater hardness and resistance.
